Comptek has put together a range of low cost endoscopes to give Technicians this accessibility. Using state of the art technology, the Comptek endoscopes give superior image quality with photographic capture, video capability and the ability to record an audio commentary with each recorded image. Currently used by a wide variety of customers including vehicle manufacturers and government agencies and specialist inspection companies, the endoscopes are proving to be among their most valuable assets. Specification After working closely with major OEM's and Government Agencies, it was noted that there were different approaches to how the endoscopes are used. By responding to the needs of the customer; Comptek now offers a complete solution. An endoscope package that is a stand alone system, lightweight, compact and completely portable. Mains or battery powered and available with either 9.8mm or 5.5mm probes, or both if required. Still photograph and video capture is provided as a standard feature with the hand held ins/ins transflective screen, also incorporated is an audio commentary facility. The 9.8mm This probe is 9.8mm at its widest point and allows a higher picture quality than the 5.5mm. It was originally developed to this size to conform with requests for access into an engine. The probe had to fit through a 10mm spark plug hole to allow inspection for engine damage.

The unique flexible memory cable as used on both probes allows the cable to be bent into the perfect shape for your application. |
